4. How do I know how much or what type of space I need?

6. How do I search for a property?

    Click the Tools button on the left side of your screen and search for available properties by square footage and by location. If you are a Real Facilities client, click the Login button and enter your user name and password, then click the "Find Space" button on your left. Once logged in, search for enhanced information on properties in our database using a variety of criteria.

7. How do I find more details about a property?

    Click the link beside that property in the list. The screen that appears will show details about that property, such as rent, available square footage and when available a property photo.

8. What do I do when I find a property I am interested in seeing?

9. Who can use the Real Facilities Web site?

    Anyone can use the Real Facilities Web site. As a client you will also have a dedicated representative to fulfill all of your facilities requirements and full access to an exclusive client area on our web site.

    You are given a user name and a password that gives you access to an exclusive client area. Here you can communicate with team members, store photographs, floor plans and leases, create schedules, assign tasks and track project progress. You are also able to search our database, which features the latest information on all available office space in every major office node in the Greater Toronto Area.
