By using the Real Facilities web site the user agrees to the following terms, conditions and disclaimers. If the User (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "the User") does not agree with the following Terms and Conditions of Use, User is not authorized to use the Real Facilities Inc. web site.

Real Facilities has used reasonable efforts in obtaining a full range of product vendors and service providers to assist the User in finding leasing and outfitting corporate space. However, Real Facilities makes no representation, express or implied, regarding any product or service featured in connection with Real Facilities. Real Facilities expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Real Facilities also expressly disclaims any implied warranties regarding the providing of any service (i.e. architectural, design, construction, furniture, technology, etc.) available through Real Facilities. Furthermore Real Facilities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage (including, but not limited to, damages for lost revenue, lost profits, interrupted business and the like) arising from the use of or relation to any product or service purchased or obtained from or in connection with Real Facilities.

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Real Facilities and its employees, harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and or expense, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees resulting from a user's violation of the Agreement or use of the Real Facilities web site.

The Information on the Real Facilities web site is considered reliable: however, Real Facilities and its employees do not guarantee its accuracy. Content available thorough the site often represents the opinion and judgment of landlords, agents, brokers, other professionals or other entities not employed by Real Facilities. Each has been pre-screened and pre-qualified by Real Facilities, however, Real Facilities shall not be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, statements or services made or performed by any authorized spokesperson acting in his or her official capacity. Under no circumstances will Real Facilities or its employees be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the User's reliance on Information obtained through Real Facilities. It is the User's responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, competence or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice, product, service or other content provided by Real Facilities. User shall be responsible for checking and verifying the experience, references, licenses, warrantees and other pertinent information about services and products referred by Real Facilities.

While it takes reasonable steps to prevent such problems, Real Facilities does not and cannot guarantee or warrant that the files or information available on or for downloading from this web site will be free from infection, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other codes that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Likewise, while it endeavors to make sure its services are always available to its Users, Real Facilities does not warrant that the web site, software, materials, products or service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects in the web site, software, materials, products or service will be corrected.

User shall not use the Real Facilities web site, or any information from the Real Facilities web site, to send unsolicited communications or "spam" to other Users of the Real Facilities web site or to any broker, agent or prospective buyer.

Any violation of the Terms and Conditions of use of the Real Facilities web site may result in the immediate termination of User's right to use the Real Facilities web site. The right to terminate User's right to use the Real Facilities web site is at Real Facilities' sole discretion.
